Represents one-piece molding technology
OUICK has many years of production experience in the field of composite carbon fiber, summed up and explored the “MONOLITH” one-piece molding technology, the traditional bicycle manufacturing technology is to separate the front triangle and the rear triangle manufacturing, and then glued into a whole structure. We use the Monolithic technology to form a continuous and complete structure by forming the carbon fiber into a single piece, without the need for gluing, unlike traditional glued frames where the top and bottom forks are connected.
The one-piece molding technology allows for a more transparent force transfer during the ride without any breaks in the force transfer. This advanced technology has revolutionized the way QUICK bikes are built. With unibody technology, we are able to realize a lightweight, strong and high-performance QUICK bike.
